So after removing the roller wheels, what are people doing about the film curving up and hitting the head? Is there an easy fiox for this? P600

I pushed the front Manuel feed tray so it would pop out easier. Then you pop rollers off on one side, let the front tray open(lift) and it falls out. I used a flathead screwdriver on one, and my hands on the others. You just need to slip the black bracket off the metal bracket on the side facing the back of the printer.
Thx, managed to do it with your advice. I was actually trying to remove the whole metal thing which holds the wheels. Didn't realise they just pop out.

I'm trying to get these wheels out of the p600 without taking it apart, is this possible because they are definitely not just popping out. They are somehow connected at the back, were you can't really see.
Any videos or more detailed info on thiis?

Cheers for the environment will give it a go tomorrow. I was trying to use 1 pass, wet on wet that's what you got going in the video right? 2 pass is not possible on a regular p600 without a DTG conversion, or am I missing something?

It was recommended to me to start off with your standard DTG settings, If you have those then tweak from that point.
OK, I did that originally 1440 white and colour and just got a big pool of wet ink all mixing together.

Are you using Kothari in this video. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the settings right, could you share your ink settings, resolution etc.
Kothari p600 problem

Anyone using Kothari for DTF with a regular P600 (not DTG). A problem I'm having.
First is there a way to print right on the leading edge of the film. My prints are always starting about 4cm (1 1/2") down the sheet. Have tried adjusting the margins but can't get it to print on the front edge. Anyone else having this problem?
