Course powder will cause hard/plastic-y prints, Especially if you get too much on there.

The more ink, the more powder.

The wetter the ink, the more powder

Course powder, is the thickest powder.

Let your prints air dry for 5-10 minutes, and make sure you are using the least amount of ink possible with good results before running it through the powder.

Too much ink, not drying enough before powdering, and using course powder, are 3 individual things that will cause this. stacking all 3, well, you know. Course powder on it's own is not bad, but has it's place, and is easily susceptible to adding to the above issues easily.

    I recommend medium powder.

    Cool thanks J I'll try

I haven't started taking my rollers out but where do I connect the hose for the waste bottle and what brand tanks did you use? In sure I'll have more questions but I just needed those before I started. Thanks again

About the rollers it depends if you just take them direct through the top or you just take the printer appart, you got to be becarefull about the the plataform where the the rollers stand, because if you use to much pressure than your designs come with stripes because of the plataform, I advise you to leave the ones on the side because when you print big designs you won't be abble to print the full paper because you'll have to leave some space because you won't have any rollers at the front, about the waste tank I just bout a reset chip and I'm using the same over and over just fill them with some cotton or paper to dump the ink

So the program installed correctly, your just not able to select the printer? It’s in a drop down menu at the top. If it’s not, it’s not installed in your computer.

Hi J, thanks for the response I have sorted this issue but now the printer is just printing with the paper feed underneath and not with the rear feed. I'll find one solution.

    Bests.

No Worries, It's not a dumb question. Even if it was, we all ask em'.

I remember the first time I went to buy it, I thought it was sketchy. Like, Oh, well this isn't right.

Nope, it is, and it's legit.

    Good luck!

Sometimes they reply right away, sometimes it takes some time. Overall, If I were you I would try a demo first, since the software isn't cheap. However, From what I can see, it's about the only option for the 15000 series.

If you end up purchasing it, it's Paid via PayPal's payment processing Via an invoice.

I already send them an email thanks let's see what they said
