Who does? Lol.
you could use another rip program for it, that would work for both, but then that basically makes the first $500 useless.
Ekprint is also non-transferable. So if your PC dies, so does your licenses, the two major downfalls to EKprint, which has happened to me. Any other program uses a dongle and suits many printers and is easily transferred.
all said and done though, it’s well worth it if you take it seriously and sell your product, install it on a dedicated ( new) pc for the best chances of it not failing on you. I’ve made over 800 times the software cost gross since I purchased EKprint. I don’t like acro, and kothari is too expensive for what it is( which is also sold per printer, like EKprint).
Might check out the new Cadlink software.
Yea that will suck. I make pretty good profit with my business but I'm cheap so I always look for the option.

It’s basically a new license for every version of EKprint. If you purchased EKprint for the 15000, and adding the L1800, then you just buy the one for the L1800 like you did the xp15000. It runs as two different programs.
Ok cool. I don't want to spent another $500

Depends. Like a p400 and a p600? You’ll need to buy both version of EKprint.
You can do multiple instances and run multiple of the same printer ( like if you had 3 p600 running at once) . I own 3 licenses (p400/p600/p800) and have ran all three at once from the same pc.
So I have a XP15000 and I'm getting an L1800 today. Is it like an update I need to purchase or do I need to buy the whole program again?

You can put it in any slot, if your using ekprint
CMYKWW is what I use, but it doesn't matter. All the nozzles are parallel to each other.
You're the man! Thanks

You take out the " pizza wheels", the little round wheels with prickly looking things. Those other rollers feed the paper. Gray.
Thank you!

Ok cool. I'm actually about to start converting it now. I wanted make sure it was able to be done with th XP15000 first. By the way thanks. You're saving me a couple $$$ and a roadtrip today to go buy a wf1100 that needs maintenance.

About the rollers it depends if you just take them direct through the top or you just take the printer appart, you got to be becarefull about the the plataform where the the rollers stand, because if you use to much pressure than your designs come with stripes because of the plataform, I advise you to leave the ones on the side because when you print big designs you won't be abble to print the full paper because you'll have to leave some space because you won't have any rollers at the front, about the waste tank I just bout a reset chip and I'm using the same over and over just fill them with some cotton or paper to dump the ink
Where'd you get your reset chip?

Sure it is what you need to know?
Happy to help if I can.
I haven't started taking my rollers out but where do I connect the hose for the waste bottle and what brand tanks did you use? In sure I'll have more questions but I just needed those before I started. Thanks again

Good afternoon,
I'm new here so please forgive me if my question sounds dumb. I've found all of the accessories for the Epson XP15000 like cartridges and RIP software but not how to actually convert to DTF.
Is there somewhere I can find guidance on how to convert? I've even seen on converted already on dtg pro's website. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
What Printers can be used for DTF?

I just set up my Epson 1800 with EKPrint. Everything is good to go except every time I press print it tells me "ekprint process complete" and sends my film straight through. My print heads don't even move over. They aren't taped down. Can anyone help with this?
