I have an epson xp 15000 and desperately want to buy ekprint studio from the company that makes it, because I hear it’s a lot cheaper that way. However, I can’t get them to respond to me. I’ve asked several times through their online form to have the demo link and the license sent to me, but they have never responded to me. I’ve been going at this for about three or four days now. Does anyone know, is this normal with them? What do I have to do to get them to respond? I’ve even emailed them at the info and support addresses but nothing. Some help me if you can. At least let me know if you’ve had a similar experience with them.

How to get around the watermark issue?

I’m getting ready to hook up my Xp15000 and convert it. What are some of the things I need to do or keep in mind when setting it up? I know I have to install chipless firmware. What about things with the printer though. Like things to keep it from updating on its own. What do I need to do for that? After I put the cartridges in and make it chipless do I need to reset the maintenence tank at this point or just when it runs out of ink? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Question for anyone who wants to answer it. Do you need to program the printer to make the cartridges chipless? Do you need to do it if you are using a maintenance tank resetter? Where can you go to and download the chipless files? What else do I need to download to convert the printer?

How do you make your cleaning solution? Would love to know what I can use and not damage anything. Thanks buddy

I would need carts with chips if I’m going to install the chipless firmware?

So if I’m goin to install the chipless firmware I don’t need the cartridges correct? eBay would be fine. Just tell me what you need.

I’m real new to this and I am getting ready to buy the printer. Could someone dumb down the answer for me and explain the whole chipless, and chip resetter part? What do I need to buy? What does chipless mean? And how do you use the chip resetter. If someone would answer these questions I would be extremely appreciative. Thank you.
