Mongoose 24" DTF Shaker and Dryer Conveyor Belt

I run a Mongoose 24" DTF Shaker and Dryer. Mid print, the conveyor belt and the thing that hits the back of the film to knock off the excessive powder have stopped working completely. Can someone help me troubleshoot this and what I can do to fix it?

Of course it's a holiday and DTF Superstore isn't open.

Did you check the 24V power supply?
