Xp 15000 dtf sheet moving does

After converting the printer then trying to setup in acrorip 10.2 then it's tarted a print and as it got the the end the dtf transfer sheet started to move away so I'm told use a roll with ekprint but I'm looking for a roll holder stl file to print and use if anyone can help thanks in advance
