What type of pretreat  and inks are used in this image? 

I'm using Firebird inks and their pretreat  I'm just getting started and my colors are coming up muted they look very flat.. yours look very vibrant.  I want to be able to learn as much as possible I'm glad I joined this form I have learned a lot in the last 3 weeks thank you guys for all the knowledge and information.
