  1. I have a Riley Hopkins conveyer drier that I have been using to cure prints. The transfers reach around 340° for 45 seconds. They are dry and I get the orange peel effect, but everywhere online says I should be curing for several minutes. Obviously the thing to do is cure for longer and see if it affects the print any, but I was looking to see if anyone else has experienced such low cure times?
  2. I’m very new to dtf, I’ve got it about 5 days ago, and honestly outside of make sure this thing stays spotless I haven’t tried to get to crazy with it. I have a 60 shirt order someone just put in tho, so now it’s time to really lock in lol
  3. Is that something I would change in my rip software or my printer directly? I have a Roland vg2 for vinyl and I change the print head speed/cutter speed via my rip software but I’m not seeing it for my dtf rip
  4. I notice people don’t go over 19inches for gangsheets on the p5000. Is there a reason for this? Would fitting 2 12x12 prints on 1 sheet not make sense? I figure you’d have less waste if you can keep the artwork closer together
  5. I was wondering what the maximum work load for a p5000 is. I regularly get orders of 50-100 shirts and wanted to see if maybe 80-100 gang sheets printed in a day is possible
