Equiptment needed to get started in DTF printing

I’m looking into DTF printing I. As a start up in a tight for space shop. Have heat press.

what all am I going to need to invest in? Printer, inks, transfer stock and powder...what else? Oh RIP program.  
can I get started for under $3000?

DTG is more space conservation for sure, more so than just about any reputable process.

While I have yet to purchase any equipment myself, putting everything together online looks like it will run you about 4k to get printer(p600), proper cleaning supplies, ink, powder, printer, film.
