R1800 doesn't print at all

Hi,

I own a R1800 printer for DTF,this printer worked a couple days before, but now I have issues. It doesn't print at all, head is moving, but that's it, no ink is coming out of the nozzles. I checked the ribbon cable which connects to the printhead, but it seem to look fine. The printhead is almost clean, so nozzle isn't clogged. I tried to print the test pattern, nothing, any other prints, no success. Is there anybody who is able to help ? That would be great.

The printhead looking clean has nothing to do with nozzles being clogged. It’s likely a damaged head or mainboard.

Thank you for your response. I just bought a P600, hope this printer will be easier to handle. 👍
