Acro RIP V10.5 Printing problems

I hope somebody can help me with this I'm running the acrorip 10.5 with my epson L1800  my prints are coming out blank.  I checked everything my ink levels are good, my printhead is clean and the print nozzle are not clogged.. I  can print perfect with any other program.  But i need to figure this out if someone can help me that would great

Sometimes this happens when it doesn't detect the film. When you print from any other program are you still using film?
