white ink flicking around prints?

when printing the white ink seems to be splattering across the paper leaving little white marks around artworks when heat pressed, any ideas how to fix this?

Usually a symptom of a failing head if it’s not the artwork. Check for transparent pixels in the artwork as well. 
 

The nozzle checks don’t have this?
