JemmaM
Hey guys, new here to the forum so this is my first post. Ive been working on some T-shirts recently for a new customer and am encountering a problem after the first wash. The DTF print looks perfect when it has been pressed on but after the first wash it’s looking like the images attached. can anyone advise with this issue at all? I run a texjet echo 2 printer, Dupont inks, Amaya powder & DTF papers. 160 degree Celsius hover for 3 minutes on the heat press, 1st press 30 seconds at 160 degrees, peel then 2nd press for 30 seconds. any advice is greatly welcomed, Jemma
Dusan
Did you solve the problem?
InkMerge
You might need to adjust your curing time and temperature or check if the transfer film is fully adhered to during the pressing process.
