Yellow OEM ink cart is being mixed

Hello all! 
im pretty new here and came here because i need major help. I recently purchased and converted my xp 15000 to dtf and everything went well until last night. While trying to print, I noticed my yellows weren’t being added to the artwork as it printed out. To make a long story short… I figured I have a clog and I’ve tried everything I could to free it up. Then something told me to pull a sample of the ink out of the cart and that’s when I noticed that yellow ink was very dark as if had mixed with the black ink somehow. I added a pic of the color of the ink after I pulled a sample from the cart. Can anyone please help with any suggestions? I would really appreciate the help.
