How do I know which relay it is ?

So I checked the relays and all the wires are screwed on tight and nothing is loose everything works but the bulbs it just won’t heat

They are not warm at all they are just normal cold

Hey guys I need help! I have to print 80 transfers for a funeral and my shaker/baker is stuck at 23 heat. It will not heat up at all I’m clueless I’ve googled searched everywhere I’m not sure what’s going on please help 😩 IMG_3841.MOV

Where is the relay located ?

So I was wondering if anybody has had an issue with the shaker not heating up at all? It was working fine yesterday and re arranged my office moving the shaker and when I plugged it back in, it just doesn’t wanna heat at all??? It turns on just won’t heat
