  1. Hello, I'm setting up an Epson R3000 for DTF. could someone please help me with this little issue....What would be the best setup for the inks.... YMCK+WWWW or YWWMCWWK I haven't make a decision on which RIP i'm going to chose but I'' be testing EK and WhiteRIP Thanks, in advance for your help. RJ
  2. The Epson 3800 won’t work for DTF. No RIP support for one pass printing.
  3. Yes it’s a used printer. I used some compressed air and blew out the rear paper feed and that helped a bit. I will use the stacked paper tomorrow and see if that helps as well.
  4. I’m getting this same issue. Everything printed fine when I printed with some other PET film I have, but as soon as I put the DTF film in the printer....I’m getting Paper Error
  5. I checked with EukonDigital and they told me EKPrint Studio does not support White Overprint feature on the Epson 3800...😕.. bummer....
  6. On the Epson 3800, to get the refillable cartridges to work, I have to remove the chips from the original cartridges and put them on the refillable cartridges. When I put the inks in the refillable, I just want to know if I have to use them in the slots assigned to that cartridge, regardless of what color ink is in the cartridge, so if I should use your configuration.... MK...PK...LK...LLK cartridges would be filled with White ink The C... cartridge would be filled with Black Ink The M.... cartridge would be filled with Cyan ink The LC... cartridge would be filled with Magenta Ink The LM... cartridge would be filled with Yellow ink and.... The Y cartridge would be filled with Cleaning solution. Thats the ink layout left to right. The 3800 is NOT chipless btw. MJ
  7. Thank you. I’d really appreciate that....
  8. So I would still leave the No.1 slot with cleaning fluid in the cartridge then.... Also, on the 3800, I have to use the chips from the original cartridges..... would that make a difference with the ink configuration?. Thanks MJ
  9. **The old Typo bug.... Thank you. I’ll set it up and see how it works out. MJ
  10. Hello, I’m setting up my Epson 3800 for DTF and I have flushed out the old ink and ready to fill up with DTG inks. I would like to know I have to use the ink channels as they are in the printer... CMYK in the slotted channels are they are currently and use the LK..LLK...LC...LM slots for white ink OR WWWW in slots 2 to 5 from left and CMYK in the four slots (6-9). Thanks in advance for your response(s) MJ
  11. Ok....Got you. I appreciate the response. Thank you
  12. There are two rows of these little "pizza wheels'.... both rows MUST be popped out??
  13. Do I have to remove the ink system to get to the rollers on the Epson 3800?
  14. Hello, Andy, I just wanted to ask..... which transfer PET films do you sell. I have noticed in DTF videos when some films when they are peeled from the garment you can clearly see the printout of the design still on the sheet while on others there’s no print. Does it make a difference which sheet is used in terms of feel and softness on the shirt? RJ
