Hey, i will get my order next week and i‘m curious for that.
What cleaning Solution i have to take for the ninth cartridge on the p800?
is it „normal“ cleaning solution for nozzles/ printheads?
thanks a lot!
Is the ninth cartridge matte black? It should be empty as it is blocked by a valve and only regular black is used.

Sorry to say this here but I am new to dtf printing, but I wanted to be clear on the one phase printing on Acrorip. I know the printer will first print the colors first, before the white underbase, but I don't understand the idea of it. After the first print do I have to feed the printer the film again or what? Please help me clear this out
Acrorip 9.0.3 allows you to print both color and white ink, if your printer supports this function.

I am new to this forum and have just read through this thread. I have an extensive background in textile printing and have recently retired. I started an Etsy shop selling digital downloads of cut files for crafters using Cricut and Silhouette cutting machines. So many of my buyers want to know if I offer my designs on T-shirts that I'm thinking of setting up another shop to offer printed shirts. I am particularly interested in the DTF transfer method since it will apply to a variety of different fabrics. A couple questions I have are:
Does the powder only adhere to the white ink?
Can designs with feathered edges be printed like I see on DTG printed garments?
White is the color for the vibrancy and vibrancy of color inks; the powder adheres to all inks until they dry. The DTF print can be of any form as it will translate what you printed.

Do I have to remove the ink system to get to the rollers on the Epson 3800?
No need to remove the ink system. It will be inconvenient, but you can remove them, watch the video from Hobby Print and pay attention to how the rollers are attached. do not be afraid you will succeed!

Wash the ink tubes well, replace the ink with DTF.
Remove the rollers as shown in the video for the L1800 printer in the P3000, they are similar.
You still need the RIP software. -
Where can you read about these tapes?

I have a question; The film is sold for one dollar for A3 format, I could not find it cheap. Is the film reusable? or can it only be used once?

Great work! Try on the T-shirt as the ink will hold.
-
Try adjusting your ink cans to the height of the print head and use the usual ink.
Look once again this video as connected damper

Do you have an stl file for this? I would like to print it out on my 3D printer.
no! I bought on https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/For-EPSO-N-XP30-XP102-XP105-XP202-XP205-XP302-XP305-XP405-XP402-XP405WH-refillable-ink-cartridge/1653262809.html

Here's a video where you can see when you pause how to connect the damper DX7
can help you.
Here are different variants of DX7 dampers https://www.google.com.ua/search?biw=1680&bih=919&tbm=isch&sa=1&ei=KHbfWvCAMs7nsAGd3oiICg&q=damper+DX7+uv&oq=damper+DX7+uv&gs_l=psy-ab.12...93559.101696.0.103154.7.5.2.0.0.0.98.427.5.5.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.2.104...0i30k1.0.4NFUQq10grI

I once saw the work of EPSON 3800, the printer had the entire ink pump removed. The printer worked straight from the ink tanks. And the air pump was connected to each tank. Air pressure pushes out ink and creates ink pressure in the printer head and the printer does not install an ink error and uses this damper https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-lot-printer-DX7-UV-ink-damper-for-Epson-B500-B510-B508-B300-B310-DX7-UV/32711892408.html?spm=a2g0v.10010108.1000023.9.5d5a4608POMNEy

In my printer, the matte cartridge is empty, so that you understand, I am drawing a diagram of the operation of the black cartridge. If you use DTG ink, only the chip is used from the matte cartridge.
