ezra Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 hi there, curious if these will work. 40w 390-395nm but only 60 degree degree beam. the other ones that Reptilesink uses are 120 degree beam. But cant find them anywhere https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000167746847.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.729b4a63UFXuL5&algo_pvid=fba54f67-6aa5-4cda-a4c3-cd0939adf2f7&algo_expid=fba54f67-6aa5-4cda-a4c3-cd0939adf2f7-19&btsid=0ab50f4415976214350735563ec36e&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_ Thanks Quote
CarlyAzuma Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Hi...i have a setup of OR Blue Sky. The OR Blue Sky version contained 24 dual-chip LEDs combining Blue & Cyan. The new OR2 Blue Plus spectrum utilises 24 dual-chip LEDs but uses 8 different colour variants ranging from 410nm to 495nm. Quote
reptilesink Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 60 degree can work. A wide beam pattern is ideal due to how close they are to the substrate to give a good coverage but if printing in high resolution and single direction printing there shouldn't be a problem as long as they emmit the correct light spectrum.
