Help uv flatbed printer ''paper blocked''

Hello everyone, i have a few question, i bough a flatbed printer from hand i cleaned the printhead and today i was want to try the printer, but when i click on print , the printhead is start the moving the tray is starting, and after a few seconds i got an error from print driver something open the top of the printer , and remove the blocked paper or remove the cd dvd tray and press paper button" someone can help for me what is this issue , i cleaned the sensors aswell but nothing happened

There is a sensor under printhead. Tape it with black electric tape if There is not a tape.

thanks anum11 tomorrow i will look on that sensor and if is not i put a tape, i try this method thanks
