White underbase

using an p600 with acrorip 9 ....can anyone tell me why my white underbase is printing off to one side???? we have the choke settings set ....did a print head alignment and it still prints the underbase off to one side?????

2 possibilities if it is not dtg converted and if it is new.

1- Program is corrupt. Either setup files or installations gone bad.

2- You don't use 1 pass, so paper slides every other print.
