Hi everyone,

newbie here and i have the option to purchase either an R2000 or an R2880 both converted  but have no idea which one to choose.

The software sold as well is EKprint.

Would love to have your one’s opinion.

Thanks!

I learned that if your printer printed more than 7000 pages, it is having a hard time to feed dtf film. So better buy least used. R2000 is a good printer with dx5 head. I don't know 2880 model.

Just wipe down the roller with alcohol, or replace the roller, my issues with loading varied, new or refurbished or used, they all had about the same fail rate.

it’s the coating on the paper that gets on the roller, making it less “ grabby” mixed with how thin the paper is. Same thing happens with matte photo papers.
