darkdreamer Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 after having this issue , i search in all way is about bad damper , so i had replace with brand new damper yet it still happen .... sometime after print 20+ no problem sometime 1st time ( around 90% it happen ) or 2nd , run nozzle test the white nozzle missing , after head cleaning the white coming back but only last about 3-5 a3 print .... anum11 Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Any ink releated part May cause This. You need to clean all parts and check if they block any liquid flowing. If they still block liquid flow, you need to replace those parts. Last option is maybe your ink gone bad and re-cloging dampers. Quote

I have some that’s been expired for 6 months and works fine though. Quote

Peak conditions: Room tempature Humidity If inks are shaken everyday Inks should not get sun light inks should not interact with Air for too long inks should not get any dust in it you should clean bottles and ink tanka regularly from solid inks. The ones that have been expired are from expiration date. I never shake my Cmyk, I should probably start, lol. Quote
