Acrorip 10.4 Issues Printouts Cut Off

Recommended Posts

I am using Acrorip version 10.4 with the Epson Ecotank Et-8550 and my prints are coming out cut off. Its only printing a portion of the image down the middle of the sheet. I'm also using 13x19 Paper. I included images of the Acrorip settings, printer and the printout sheets.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try my previous reccomendation of test printing this same file/settings with regular paper and see if it prints correctly?

I had this problem with Cadlink. The problem was the film. Not sure exactly what the problem was and why specific software has this issue but I taped about 4 inches of film to the beginning of the sheet and it stopped doing this. Eventually, I switched to different film and I no longer have this issue now.

@johnson4 I did and it prints correctly for the most part on regular paper and for nozzle checks. It might be the film, I got it printing though.  As the printer begins printing and then pulls the film into the printer. I put a plain piece of white paper in front of the film sheet, then the printer pulls the sheet and paper in further and thats when I pull the white paper back out. This has been the only way to get it to print.

Here's a video of me doing the trick.

Finally got it to print, now it prints too large. No matter what size I set within the software. Any ideas?

Print out size revision should be 30 cm to 50 cm. if it is changed it will printout wrong sizes
