Can you show me a picture of your finished setup with theseand how you have it setup with gravity feeding? also, are you sealing the inline dampers to the aftermarket cartridges or do they just plug into the little rubber boot thet the piplines normally plug into?

Just plug into that rubber boot adding a bit of superglue will make it more durable

Gravity feed system means keep the ink above the cartridge level so inks stay present always till the inlet of the damper

In short make a siphon flow

Anyone with success, care to share their certified settings for this combo.  While I love the user interface and the color reproduction of acrorip over EKprint, I spent a full day yesterday, burning through ink and film searching for the perfect settings using custom ink settings, and all ink settings, 720 vs 1440, mix vs med vs med+lrg drops, and mostly I got thin prints that couldn't fully cover up the color of the t shirt (white base prints), and when I finally got thick white base that should have been capable using 30-40% color/80% white, after cure the print was FULL of pin holes and the print became almost completely see through when held up to the light, I never experienced this with EKprint, and nothing has changed except the software, same printer, ink, powder, film, etc.

And just to make sure I then used the same image into ekprint just to make sure I didn't screw something up, and it came out perfect just like I'm use to.

Happens when you have too much white ink more than required and fast curing of the film always bake the film at low temperature with more time 2-3mins

Printers usually would error if you dont make initial charge original catridges that came in package.

Try to first charge with original catridge chips then change into resetable ones.

I can try that but i dont have all the OEM carts available to me LLK cartridge is missing to try this i have to purchase the LLK cartridge

Another thing is if i will run initial charge with OEM , the OEM ink will go inside the printer and all the ink system and that is what i want to avoid as i will be using it for dtf

Could be. They should be 200ML carts and chips. I have about 10 sets of chips and every now and again one won’t reset, but nothing like you are experiencing.

is also possible to use OEM chips. I did at first as well to make sure if they didn’t reset the Chinese chips.

Messy work, but I removed ink sensor from ink bag( old R4900 empty cart sensors will work on them too), solder to backside of oem chip and sealed the sensor with ink on it so it would always read “ full” or not empty. After first reset it says non genuine, but also worked.

I did that as backup method but haven’t needed to use them for that reason.

Did you mean OEM carts has sensor inside them and we can just bypass the sensor and it will always read full? No need to reset chips?
