Maybe it's an updated firmware or something preventing the use of the chips.

I know my first one was finicky, I spent 2 days getting it to read them- after that it was fine. I also setup the printer normally with OEM carts though the first time. Printed some posters then converted it.

    Maybe you received bad chips.

Im installing them from initial ink charge is it ok?

The chip is from verified seller and got 2 set of t913 series

The only difference is you are using 200ml cart and i got 80ml cart from seller maybe that was an issue about chip position maybe it was not proper connection between probes and chips pad

    Huhh im frustrated now

  2. This is what im getting 20221006_181511.thumb.jpg.12bebe65b9c535f27a057d37dbed4cb4.jpg

    I tried everything

First i install all the Chinese carts same error

Then I tried all other OEM and one Chinese. In that situation if i install one Chinese on the right side all are right side cartridges are not recognizing same for left side if i install one Chinese on left side all left side cartridges are not recognizing

Then I tried resetting chinese cartridge with resetter it goes green but no change in error

Then i also got one extra chipset from seller so i replaced one cartridge chip but everything is same

Anyone knows what to do in this situation?

    The chip series is T913

  3. Most of xp15000 printer endup with 031006 error within a month. The error is about printhead failure. This is Due to these Chinese cartridges keep leaking slowly when you install it or when you remove it for refilling and all the ink goes inside the headcable destroy the printhead and motherboard at this point its like you destroyed the whole printer as motherboard and printhead is expensive

here is the solution for that this damper on the cartridge wouldn't let the ink to flow unless the suction is generated by printhead so no leaks keep in mind you have to install it on top of the cartridge only. inline with pipe didn't work as good as this thing work

i have tested it for 4 months of use no issues yet20221005_155253.thumb.jpg.3f94098bc332ef43b7aab886dac1e877.jpg

Ordered a modified l1800 from what I thought was a reputable dealer on alibaba.
Followed instructions went to do initial ink charging and nothing happens. Both ink and paper lights blinking at same time.
Also when I go to do head cleaning on computer the epson app says some type of general error with no code. And that I should remove any jammed paper, shut printer off and turn back on.
    Any ideas? Appreciate your help

Check the error code using adjustment program

We have tag printers that use a thermal head with a single color film to print tags. It's about a foot wide. Most of the UV roll printers seem to be multiple feet wide. The p600 has a roller attachment and can print a variety of card stock. Honestly we don't even need the p600 as it is wider than anything we print now. I have modified one along the lines of the DTG units on this site and I even have a spare. If an Epson Expression Photo XP-8700 can be made into UV, that might be a very good option, but I don't want to invest the time to invent new parts.

Even if they are multiple feet wide they can also support 12inch media , but still if you want a cheaper solution you can message me personally

    Hello Mr. Carter

I am looking to adapt an Epson P600. I would even send the printer to you to modify it. It is for printing on adhesive tags from a roll. Do you have parts for the UV ink conversion? It is definitely for a commercial application. What do you think it would cost to alter an existing one?

The Chinese roll to roll uv printer is already available in the market i will suggest you to go with that insted of playing with p600 ofcourse it is possible to convert p600 into roll to roll uv but if machine is already available in the market why to play with it?
