  1. From where i will get the glue? To put it into the channel.

Hello, I am using it with an Epson without a flatbed, it can be done in several ways, one print on the film that already has glue, another is to print on an acetate and put glue in a channel, then with another pass send the color along with the target.

  2. Encoder wheel is mounted separately not connected with printer,  when you disconnect the paper feeding shaft , you indirectly disconnect epson original pump as the feed shaft rotate it so this is external pump which will turn on and off automatic when you will give head cleaning or power cleaning from adjustment program

It just does, the pan is a bit wider than the hole, so it's not piling up on the sides. It does tower around where it comes off the film, but that takes quite a while before it causes an issue since the pan is deeper and it rolls off the top. But, every now and again I just tap the pan with my foot and it all falls down, I've ran it without doing that before too, so I just do it whenever I inspect the prints coming out of the printer.

That's good to hear on the powder/motor. Something I learned about the powder, if it's compressed in any way, it will want to hold that shape, which happens in my 5lb box. I always try to run it empty. It hasn't been an issue with clogging, i just don't add more powder until its actually empty. Its been working great though with the timer, It makes me wonder why it didn't come that way.

Improvement sounds good great job json

I only tried once to feed roll into p600 so it was not easy for that one time for me. But when you learn settings it should be easier.

However if you have feeding issues and that is why you are buying a new printer, that white one on video might be better in that aspect.

Yes i actually do roll to roll printing ,every morning im wasting 30min to feed the media for the first time its very frustrating i think giving 2200 USD for getting rid of this problem is profitable as they have implemented all the required stuff for good dtf printing what is your opinion

These are just normal L1800 printers with some tweaks. If price is not over 2x price of the base printer, it may

I'm using normal epson L1800 roll to roll now but i get feeding issues always its very difficult to load the film inside,  i have seen that people are using p600 so is it easy to load the film in p600?

Its just naturally occurring on all of mine, with quite a bit of tension. I think it’s natural for them to go side to side, given the uneven surface. It seems to take several revolutions for 1-2mm side to side, which progressively gets worse. Kind of the same reason the printer has a guide. Just crazy to see that on a high end unit.

    Mmmmm

Yea, The take-up roll, They accidently showed the film going well over the edge of the machine and quickly aimed the camera upwards. So when the film should go on the tube, it instead "walks" left and right making the film crooked/crinkled etc and causes issues.

It's an issue on all the machines I've seen. Simple guides would easily fix the issue.

They actually not properly winded due to loose tension but i have never seen any kind of issue in mine due to that

Don’t really know I’ve never used them. One big issue I see is the curing oven looks like it vents into the open room, without an exhaust?
    It’s also weird a price isn’t listed.

DTFsuperstore.com has them as well, I would trust them over this website anyday.

Well actually they are not that bad they are just normal shakers and they also has exhaust look https://youtu.be/t0iaoGD2EA4

Thanks, I'm trying to find the wiring diagram for the l800 / l805 board.
To know which pins they correspond to, the connections but I cannot find it, for example from cn8 2 and 4, since I want to mount it on an r265 of which I do have an electrical diagram.

I have never used r265 you have to find it by yourself the diagram which i have sent to you is of l805

    hello,
Thank you for your contribution, could you send it to me jgnune@hotmail.es.
I was currently modifying an epson r265 with uv light and dampers, it is working with paper but, I wanted to put it with a flat bed and I think it is the same base as the l805 that I have for sublimation.
