  1. Acrorip waits ripping done to start job. So waiting time is long.
  2. Acrorip usually struggles with purple and light tones. For ek i did not get any correct color. Kothari with Dupont inks are best result for me without any color adjustment. It also have supported profilini devices on its manual and setup wizard. So i think best one is kothari. However they support reseller so if your reseller dont want to spend time on you you are supportless. It is important to have it from a good seller. Dont know the cadlink.
  3. Lose internet connection and dont update printer ever. If it is updated that May be why. Also close all Epson programs, they May interfare.
  4. I dont really had any time to deal with this. I will look into it whenever i am free of work.
  5. I still disagree on you about dtg being dead. Dtf is not same as dtg. I would never use a dtf t shirt. I would rather buy a t shirt each year rather than wearing dtf printer shirts. Most likely your t shirt gets old even if your print looks New after a year. So i dont see a point on lasting longer. It's only advantage to me, if you use automatic system it is easier to work for bulk orders and you can transfer it on polyester. With enough money you can produce as many as dtf machines(if you print on roll fabric.). But yeah its machine would be expensive and you would need a small factory. In the end dtf is for people that dont want to invest much money and have work over 50 shirts Per day, and prefer to work alone or with a small group.
  6. Hi, what brand inks are you using? I set a UV printer and got a kothari UV edition. Now this is a P800, so it has 8 channels. I am thinking to use CMYK WWW and Varnish. Should i use CMYK WW and Varnish*2 ? Is there a downside using varnish on same printhead? Also at rip settings i see primer. So RIP supports a Primer layer, however i researched, everybody seems to use Primer with sprayer. Is there a UV curable, printhead compitable primer that i can use? If yes do you recommend it to go as CMYK WW Varnish and Primer setup?
  7. Omrons are good. I use them on height adjustment dc motor. Until This time i maybe used 30-40 of them only one broken.it is around 8 USD in my country from electric supply centers.
  8. If you are using sheets, from bottom leave 1-2 inch empty. Because of removed pizza wheels printer cannot print there.
  9. I was planning on making one, valueable information for me.
  10. I dont think white circulations system is usefull. Just a ink tank with mixer is enough along with automatic head cleaning cycles. I seen a dtg digital M2 white circulation system pressurized and broke the head 2 times in a year.
  11. Better yet get another sets of catridge for cleaning fluid and just flush the printhead with a couple of head cleaning every time. Cannot clog with this method.
  12. Pull USB lose. Then power off printer and on again. Then do your thing. However wet capping p400 May drain your inks be careful.
  13. Good cleaner dissolves the ink dont wears the actual printhead. It is This balance.
  14. Hi, i seven some UV printers, print on dtf then use another PVC on print. Then you can just apply it by hand on anywhere. Does anyone know science of this? Does it need special dtf film?
  15. You can use pharmacy type hoses just put it into cap hose you are good to go.
  16. To remove white channels you go to "white" section on bottom far right. There is white cannel settings. Click it and un tick unwanted ones. Also you can un tick CMYK channels there, they come ticked but not affecting anything. Telling you just in case if it confuses you. But if you untick channels i recommend you to not put any ink in them or clean them so you would remove the chance of getting them clogged while sitting idle.
  17. Ink is not compitable with your printhead possibly. Try other inks. Either This or your printhead does not fire because of electronic reasons.
  18. Cheap catridges dont have chips included.
  19. If you use cleaning carts, this may solve this issue.
  20. If when you waterfall white channels and they are okay, then check out your capping station. Clean it first, it May have ink buildup which causes losing pressure. If both of these things dont solve your problem, maybe your white ink catridges might got clogged or you left Air holes off maybe.
  21. It is clearly the ink if nothing else. I dont know what you are using but xp-15000 like printheads needs more fluid inks with lesser particle size. Or they clog. To prevent This, Epson seems to be used catridge carrying adaptors. If xp600 adaptors works for xp15000 printhead, This would solve your issue. However then your printhead May get clogged instead. So maybe a diffirent ink would solve your problem. I would try to change ink first then adaptor. For example Dupont p5000 dtg inks works good with dx5 and dx7 printheads but clogs l1800 and xp600 printheads. That is why there is another version recommended for them.
  22. It looks like it can have xp-600 adaptors. Then you can add normal dampers with ciss. If catridges are the case, This is best way to go.
  23. Dude your whites seems like pigments just seperated. You have issues about your ink and ink releated parts.
